七磅

旅行時喪行十三天,感覺米之連小了一圈。回來後在友儕間炫耀,被問輕了多少。已經個多月沒做gym沒上磅秤了,我怎麼知道?為了穩守這小了一號的車胎,昨天再戰江湖。一上磅,輕了差不多六磅。今天又去gym,再上磅,又再輕了,加上之前的,總共是七磅呀!輕了七磅還是這個模樣,可想而知我有多胖~

所以,明天,我還要去gym。

好,要做sit up了!阿梅你正在和我一起做,對嗎?
