2528

每天,如果不是太晚下班,都會走路回家。硬坐一整天,好歹也要活動活動吧!

政府提倡日走5000步,某天馬老闆談起他由太子地鐵站走到帝都酒店,身水身汗也走不到5000步,婢女間便對這5000步的距離生起好奇,而我因為走路回家的緣故,自告奮勇說要數數由公司走路回我家,總共多少步。

說到做不到,或很久以後才做到是我的特性,拖了好些日子,今天終於做到了。由踏出公司門檻開始,至踏入我家大門,才走了2528步。

2528步,等於兩個半地鐵站的距離,等於半小時;要日走5000步,每天便得花上一小時。據說中年女性(即是呢……)每天走一萬步,就能「基本上保證身體測量指標符合健康要求」。說得可輕鬆,那豈不是每天要花兩小時來走路?我不怕跑步,也當然不怕走路了,但要每天漫無目的地走兩小時,簡直是浪費生命!為甚麼要不斷地以浪費生命的方式去延長生命?那弔詭得很,對我來說是不可思議!

運動於我,是既可鍛練體魄,亦能令人身心舒暢的活動,所以傻乎乎地各走各路,並不等同運動。每天2528,大概是我肯花的極限了。

You can finish over 5,000 steps within a 1 hr. class. Of course, you won't feel boring as the instructor and the members around you will clap and cheers together. Do you want to try it? If so, please let me know. Hahaa!
ps. If you can workout 2 to 3 times per week (more or less an hour each time), that's ENOUGH la! Angel

每日行路五千步,包保五十未到,膝蓋磨損要開刀做手術。我阿爸以前咪日日行好多路,而家膝頭粒波子磨蝕晒,痛到想行都行唔到。長命都無用。
